November Update

We are holding all standard packages until the border opens with no extra charge.
Email is still the best way to contact us:
We will be closed for our Thanksgiving Holiday on November 26 and 27, 2020. We will reopen on Monday, November 30, 2020 from 9AM to 3PM.

Update 03/19/2020: Border closing- Closed Saturdays

Due to the impending closure of the border for non-essential trips we will now be closed on Saturdays and reducing hours during the week until further notice.

We will continue to receive your shipments as usual. Don’t have any concerns about holding your packages longer than 60 days for now as we have lots of space in the warehouse.  If it becomes a problem down the road then we will alert you via email with next steps.

Updated Business Hours – Covid-19

Effectively immediately we have reduced our business hours due to the unfolding Covid-19 situation:
Mon, Wed & Fri: 9am-3pm
Tues & Thurs: 9am – Noon
Sun: Closed

We will continue to receive inbound packages as long as the couriers continue to operate. The border remains open but of course, all of this is subject to change. Please continue to check our website for changes and updates.

The Border and COVID-19

As of right now, we are still receiving at normal rates. Due to that fact and the fact that we are still financially recovering from the flood we are not in a position to extend our holding time unless the border completely closes. Coupled with the fact that we will not have the space to continue to hold for an undetermined amount of time we are encouraging all customers to use one of the following options to obtain your packages.

1. Arrange for you or someone else already making a trip down to pick up

2. Arrange for UPS OR FEDEX to pick up your package and deliver to Canada (our receiving fee still applies and can be paid via cc by phone)

3. Arrange for us to refuse your packages. (Our receiving fee still applies and can be paid via cc by phone)

We are taking precautions according to CDC recommendations as far as sanitizing our facility and will continue to do so in the days to come.

We understand and sympathize with your frustration as we are dealing with COVID-19 in Whatcom county as well.
As this situation continues to change daily please refer to our website for updates on changes to hours as well as receiving and package pick up information.

Freight Dock refers to any packages (inbound or outbound) requiring the forklift to load or unload.  (i.e. pallets, oversized packages, etc.)

This will be your required, unique Shipping Identifier for all packages.

When your package arrives you will receive an email notification when your parcels are ready to be picked up.

How to use our services


How to use our services…

It’s Easy!
Once you are REGISTERED you will receive a unique customer number.
Simply use
YOUR CUSTOMER NUMBER-Your Name with OUR ADDRESS (as shown on the right) as your shipping address.

**Your Customer Number MUST be included in your name and appear on your shipment.
**Do NOT put “Ship Happens” on anywhere – this will result in your parcel being lost or sent back!

It’s that simple.

When providing your shipping address to your retailers include your customer number in your first name.

We will receive your package and we will notify you via email when your package is ready to be picked up.
You come in, present your customer number and pick your package up.

Register beforehand – There is no need to call us – just go ahead and start shipping after you receive your customer number (usually within 24 hours).

Also, note that we only receive and hold your packages for up to 60 days. We do not forward packages

We are located 3 blocks South of the Sumas / Huntingdon Border Crossing in Abbotsford, on the east side of Hwy 9 (Cherry St.) We are in the old Lone Jack Saloon Building.
