If you have been trying to call us today, April 28, 2021, our phones are down. We had a small power outage in town causing a disruption in landline phones.
This should be resolved tomorrow, Thursday, April 29, 2021.

As most of you know, we sent out a mass email to all of our customers who currently have packages at our location stating we are shipping some items to Canada and to email if you want a quote.
The response was much larger than we anticipated. Over 500 responses! We are very grateful, but we are asking people to be patient at this time. We are getting through the emails as quick as we can and in order of which they were received.

If you are interested in having your package sent to Canada, please email us to inquire shipping costs.
We are finding that shipping to Canada can be fairly expensive, which is why we are still holding all standard packages until the border opens.
If you would like a shipping quote, please email us with:
1. Your customer number
2. Ship to address in Canada
3. Receipts showing the value and description of each item in the shipment
Please be mindful that not all items can be shipped to Canada due to size and weight limits.
Currently, the maximum weight we can ship per box is 65 pounds.
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship any large freight or pallets.

We will send you a confirmation with your unique Customer Number. (usually within 24 hours)
This will be your required, unique Shipping Identifier for all packages.
When your package arrives you will receive an email notification when your parcels are ready to be picked up.
How to use our services
How to use our services…
Once you are REGISTERED you will receive a unique customer number.
YOUR CUSTOMER NUMBER-Your Name with OUR ADDRESS (as shown on the right) as your shipping address.
**Your Customer Number MUST be included in your name and appear on your shipment.
**Do NOT put “Ship Happens” on anywhere – this will result in your parcel being lost or sent back!
It’s that simple.
When providing your shipping address to your retailers include your customer number in your first name.
We will receive your package and we will notify you via email when your package is ready to be picked up.
You come in, present your customer number and pick your package up.
Register beforehand – There is no need to call us – just go ahead and start shipping after you receive your customer number (usually within 24 hours).
Also, note that we only receive and hold your packages for up to 60 days. We do not forward packages
