Ship Happens does not have a fridge or freezer to keep items cool, so we do not accept items that require any refrigeration. If you send an item that requires refrigeration, Ship Happens is not responsible for the loss or damage of these items.

All border restrictions have been lifted as of May 12, 2023.
Ship Happens is back to normal business hours. Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM and Saturdays from 9AM to 3PM. ALWAYS closed on Sundays. Any closures can be found on our Google listing or
Please be sure to reference your customer number so we can notify you when you have something available for pick up. All standard packages are held for 60 days from the date they arrive.

Update for Dec 20: Opening hours adjusted again.

Due to the re-introduction of the PCR test upon re-entry to Canada we have had to reduce our hours again to the same schedule we had earlier. These hours will most likely be in effect until the border restrictions are relaxed again. As always our latest hours can be found here:

Nov 17th Update: Closed Due to Flooding!

We are closed until further notice due to the extensive flooding in this area. We will post here when we are ready to re-open again. In the meantime, we are busy cleaning up and assessing the damage. Thank you for your patience.

Freight Dock refers to any packages (inbound or outbound) requiring the forklift to load or unload.  (i.e. pallets, oversized packages, etc.)

We will send you a confirmation with your unique Customer Number. (usually within 24 hours)

This will be your required, unique Shipping Identifier for all packages.

When your package arrives you will receive an email notification when your parcels are ready to be picked up.

How to use our services


How to use our services…

It’s Easy!
Once you are REGISTERED you will receive a unique customer number.
Simply use
YOUR CUSTOMER NUMBER-Your Name with OUR ADDRESS (as shown on the right) as your shipping address.

**Your Customer Number MUST be included in your name and appear on your shipment.
**Do NOT put “Ship Happens” on anywhere – this will result in your parcel being lost or sent back!

It’s that simple.

When providing your shipping address to your retailers include your customer number in your first name.

We will receive your package and we will notify you via email when your package is ready to be picked up.
You come in, present your customer number and pick your package up.

Register beforehand – There is no need to call us – just go ahead and start shipping after you receive your customer number (usually within 24 hours).

Also, note that we only receive and hold your packages for up to 60 days. We do not forward packages


Ship Happens shall not be liable whatsoever to You for any Damage to Your Package, however caused, if Ship Happens is instructed by You to load, unload or in any way handle Your Package using specialized equipment or procedures.
Ship Happens is also not liable to You if Your Package or its contents are Damaged as a result of Your request that Ship Happens open a Package.
Ship Happens shall have no liability for loss of or Damage to Mail or a Package if the cause of such loss or Damage is outside the reasonable control of Ship Happens or due to flooding.
