Ship Happens is currently operating on limited hours and extremely limited staff. We will be processing incoming freight in the morning and then processing your arranged package pickups in the afternoon.
We apologize for not being able to answer all of your phone calls.
We are doing our best to keep operating and providing options for you to retrieve your packages.
If you have arranged for your package to be redirected we ask that you follow your new tracking number for updates on your package status.
Ship Happens will continue to honor our 60-day holding policy however since our incoming freight is arriving at normal rates we will be unable hold packages for an indefinite time due to space which is why we are encouraging our customers to arrange for UPS or FEDEX to pick them up and redirect them to you in Canada. It is ok to wait the 60 days before using this option.
We will continue to update our website with all changes to operating hours and information.
